PRODUCTION AREA
The grapes come from the hillside vineyards of the Colli Euganei at an altitude ranging from 250 to 300 m above sea level in well aired vineyards. The clay and lime soil is ideal for Pinot Nero, giving it a velvety softness and an elegant structure.
WINEMAKING
The grapes are picked by hand and placed in small containers to prevent excess pressure on the grapes. Destemming and slow must fermentation (12-15 days) in stainless steel tanks (gravity-flow). Malolatic fermentation and aging for 15 months in steel tanks before bottle.
