The Completo of Carussin is a table wine in terms of structure: a low alcohol percentage and very smooth drink, but made from high-quality grapes.
Completo is made from the pressing of the skins of the other wines after fermentation. The wine was sold in bulk to friends and family until a Norwegian importer tasted the wine and saw something in it. Since then, the wine has been bottled in one-liter bottles. The ideal wine for those who do not want to focus too much attention on the wine, for example in a larger group, but prefer not to turn to supermarket wine
