IN THE CELLAR
Manual harvest with careful selection of grapes, fermentation in steel tanks with temperature control. Aging in steel on the lees of fermentation for about 6 months and a further 2/3 months in bottle before being put on the market.
CHARACTERISTICS
Straw yellow wine, soft and bright, where fruit, flowers and salts are perfectly integrated into a pleasant balance, letting citrus fruits, apple, mango, papaya, wisteria, violet and lavender blend together giving the palate a unique flavor in which the right harmony of acidity does not cover the tactile sensations.
