PRODUCTION PROCESS
Maceration of the grapes for about 10-15 days. Aging in thermo-conditioned steel tanks for 6/8 months, then it is left to refine in the bottle for at least 4 months before being put on the market.
WINE TASTING CHARACTERISTICS
It has a particularly intense ruby red colour. Very intense and elegant aromas with hints of red mouth fruit and sour cherry, persistent even in an empty glass. Velvety and soft in its elegant texture.
FOOD COMBINATION
Excellent with boiled meats, white meats, pasta with meat sauce and elaborate sauces.
Should be served at 18° C.
