Grappa di Sassicaia comes from fresh pomace of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, distilled by Jacopo Poli and aged for 4 years in barrique and then for 6 months in Sassicaia barrels. It is a soft, majestic and structured vintage grappa with delicate and floral aromas with hints of dried fruit and vanilla

Scent: Delicate, fresh and floral, with scents of dried fruit, cocoa, coffee and licorice
