Grape variety: 100% Sangiovese
Vinification: The grapes are harvested manually. The vinification is that of red wine with maceration of the skins for 30 days to increase the extraction of the color, with controlled temperatures up to 24 ° C, and frequent punching down without the use of pumps and motors to preserve the integrity of the skins
Ageing: For at least 36 months in 50 Hl Slavonian oak barrels. The wine rests in the bottle for at least 8 months
Alcoholic content: 13.5%
Harvest Period: Between 21st September and 10th October 2013
Soil Typology: Alluvial deposits of the Pliocene Epoch, rich in shells
Average Altitude of Vineyards: From 120 to 650 m asl
Vine Training: Mainly spurred cordon
Tasting Notes: The color is garnet red with orange hues, it is clear and bright. Balanced with hints of red fruit and canned fruit. Silky and enveloping. Soft tannins expertly blend with the elegant texture, with balsamic notes on the finish.
