Manual harvesting of wine grapes in boxes. Grape skin maceration with the must for 6-7 days. Wine ageing takes place in stainless steel tanks for at least 9 months: maturation in bottle for least 4 months. No wood used at all.
Deep ruby red colour with violet tinges, intense aroma of black berries (blackberry, black charry, red charry) with delicate foral (violet) and plant notes (wild mint). Full, long, and velvety flavour, with a pleasant almondy finish.
